What is Circular Breathwork?

Circular Breathwork is a powerful practice that combines conscious breathing techniques, deep relaxation, and focused intention to access your innermost emotions and facilitate profound healing. It allows you to tap into the body's natural wisdom and release suppressed emotions, paving the way for personal growth and transformation.

Is Breathwork the Right Fit for You?

Absolutely, YES.

As long as you're not dealing with major health issues and you're up for putting in a bit of effort for your own growth, then breathwork is totally your thing.

Life gets crazy busy, and we all carry around our own baggage of stuff we haven't quite dealt with. But guess what? We all deserve to treat ourselves better and actually live, not just get by.

Let me tell you, when it comes to fixing what's going on inside, breathwork is like a superpower. Try it once, and you'll see exactly what I mean. Don't even worry if you're a bit unsure at first – I was too. But you'll feel different, no doubt about it, right after that first session. It's pretty amazing.

What people are saying

Jeff R, CA

"I came to class with an open mind and left with a sense of gratitude that fueled my week with positivity."
  • What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is an umbrella term, so there are many forms out there. Essentially, it is diaphragmatic breathing or belly breathing, which triggers relaxation responses in the body.
  • What technique do you teach?
The technique I teach is called circular breathing or conscious connected breathing. I focus on this technique is because it yields massive results in a very short amount of time. It's done by breathing in and out through the mouth. One breath into the belly, then into the chest, then exhaling.
  • What can I expect during a session?
    - Release of toxins from the cells of the body - Stress release and deep relaxation - Helps with sleep - Relief from physical pain - Expanded states of consciousness - Deep inner peace - Extreme joy - Ability to manifest greater abundance
  • How often should I do this?
My response to this is...How quickly do you want your life to get better? How soon do you want to feel less stressed, anxious, sad, or angry, and heal from your past problems? Figuring out how often really depends person to person, but starting off your mornings with this practice has many benefits.
  • What will we be doing?
I'll start with an introduction of who I am, what Breathwork is, how it's changed my life, and it's benefits. We'll then do a little introspective writing activity, so make sure you have your phones or a notepad handy. I'll then teach the technique and we'll lay down and go through a session of breathing
  • Will I have an experience?
This is entirely up to you. Some people walk out of their first class/session saying "That was like 20 years of therapy in one session". Your brain doesn't want you to do this. You may not be ready to let out some emotions on your first go. Keep trying, you'll know when you're ready.
  • Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, absolutely. Some people aren’t ready for a group emotional release and prefer to do this in private. I can do in person or zoom sessions. I also specialize in couples sessions (not limited to romantic couples, can be family or friends as well), group sessions, or corporate events.
